As the founder of Klubz Fitness and trainer of many celebrities, in the fitness world, I have come to be infamously known for my unorthodox ways of training and I've definitely earned this type of recognition. First and foremost, I DO NOT believe in weighing my clients. I feel that not only is the number shown on the scale inaccurate, but can also be somewhat discouraging, especially for women.
While my training methods are what keep me unique, with my use of a combination of kickboxing in the muay thai style and weight training using a boot-camp method, I have also built my reputation on being the only personal trainer to use digital pictures and video to motivate my clients. The human mind is very complex and, as far as weight loss goes, the mind can work with or against you. So during a client's training session, concurrently, I am taking pictures and video of the workout and emailing the client's progress every two weeks. Mentally, this is the answer to keeping my clients focused.
Many of my clients start out with the mentality that they need to be babysat instead of trained. They come to me with hardly any will or determination, but I quickly change that.
I have a reputation of being pushy and obnoxious at times, so consider this your warning! I will bring out the best in my clients by any means necessary! I've angered some of my clients to the point of tears before, but they've used that energy to complete their high intensity workouts. Hate me now, love me later-that's fine by me. This goes for my celebrity AND non-celebrity clients-I do not discriminate!
Ultimately, I feel that my confidence is what separates me from the rest in this field. A personal trainer is a product and I make it my goal to teach every client how to choose the right trainer to suit their needs, whether it's me or not. Over the years, I have challenged many so-called professional trainers to offer what I offer and I have yet to see this happen.
Only Klubz Fitness is secure enough to offer a full money back guarantee after two weeks if a client has not yet seen results! No questions asked!
If these tactics alone are not enough to keep my clients going, then I'm sure my unexpected phone calls, to catch them in late-night snacking, will keep them on the edge of their toes.
Let's face it, a good trainer will train your body, but a great trainer will train your mind and body! Now let's train!
